OSHA 200 LOG Employers MUST now use OSHA 300 Log

Effective January 1, 2002, the OSHA 200 Log has been replaced with the new OSHA form known as the 300 Log.  Although Safety Plan PLUS still produces the original 200 Log, employers are advised to use the newly mandated form.
