Plan Documents serve as the "official written descriptions" of a variety of workplace safety and health programs when applicable federal or state OSHA standards require or recommend that such programs be in writing.  A separate Plan Document should be maintained for each program that must be in writing.   Following is a list of the model plan documents included:
